    As a Utilities Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Utilities Manager and wider business in the effective and timely management of the utilities services.

    Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

    The Utilities Administrator will ensure the utilities administration is managed efficiently and accurately and deliver excellent customer services in all areas, both internal and external.

    • Ensuring the utilities administration is managed efficiently and accurately.
    • This role is office based but may involve some occasional travel to suppliers and field-based colleagues as required.
    • Maintenance of an internal utilities database ensuring all invoices are accurate before being passed to finance for processing and payment.
    • Manage incoming post/emails/phone calls and general correspondence.
    Previous administration experience is essential.


    • Computer literate; Excel, Word and Outlook including Inbox management.
