    Blue Arrow Derby is excited to collaborate with a prominent UK network comprising over 800 independent Estate Agents as they seek a Business Development Executive to join their team.

    About the Business Development Executive Role

    The company is expanding its operations and is in search of a dynamic Business Development Executive who excels at generating leads. With a current database of over 3,500 B2B prospects, you can immediately contribute towards exceeding your KPIs. Additionally, you will receive assistance from a marketing team to identify new business prospects.

    Where is the Business Development Role based?

    During training & probationary period, you will be required to attend their offices based in Central London. After successful completion you will then be home-based two days a week with travel required to the London Park Lane office three times a week.

    Candidates will ideally therefore live locally or within a reasonable distance commute.

    Salary: £24,000-£25,000 plus uncapped commission with OTE of £36,000 per year.

    Hours: Mon-Fri (9:00am - 5:30pm)

    What will you be doing in the Business Development Executive role?

    • Cold calling prospect members
    • Lead searching and researching
    • Identify new business prospects via different methods/strategies and approaches
    • Making up to 60-80 business introduction calls a day.
    • Following up on warm leads.
    • Working closely with the Marketing and Account Management teams

    What will you bring to the Business Development Executive Role?

    • At least 6-12 months previous sales experience is preferred.
    • Graduates with some sales experience will also be strongly considered for this role.

    • Friendly, professional approach
    • Ability to work well to deadlines and targets
    • Proficient and articulate communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Willingness to learn and effectively utilize a CRM system with provided training

    • Capable of leveraging industry expertise to enhance software functionality
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Determined to achieve Lead Generation Team objectives.
