    Job Title: Full-Time KS2 Teacher

    Location: Chesterfield Company: Career Teachers Salary: 110 to 160 per day (depending on experience) Immediate Start About the Role:
    Career Teachers is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our team in Chesterfield. As a Full-Time KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students, fostering their academic and personal development. This role offers an immediate start and competitive pay, providing you with the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives within a supportive school environment. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
    Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
    Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.
    Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing appropriate strategies to support positive conduct.
    Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop and implement effective teaching practices.
    Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on students' progress and achievements. Skills Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, with a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
    Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
    Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and the school community.
    Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
