Description

Community and Recovery Mental Health Services at West London are seeking to appoint a highly experienced, personable and credible Performance Lead to work with the Associate Director for Core Mental Health Improvement and Performance and the Clinical Director to oversee the effective and efficient running of core mental health services across Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith and Fulham.

The service line has a budget of approximately £25m and employs 400+ staff.

The post holder will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of performance reporting and management throughout services and will have specific responsibilities for developing, implementing and embedding performance management systems.

You will need a comprehensive knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Quality Improvement (QI) or Performance Improvement (PI) methodology, focussing on rigorous, systematic, organization-wide processes to achieve ongoing improvement in the quality of healthcare services and operations.

The post holder will need to focus on both outcomes and processes of care.
