We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Southminster, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his family home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a gentleman in his early 20's who lives with his family in Southminster and requires support throughout the day and night on a 2:1 basis.
He loves to be busy, participating in various activities including baking, exploring arts and crafts, and playing games on his iPad. To relax he enjoys a foot spa, listening to stories and sensory related activities.
You will be required to assist with social activities as well as meeting his care needs, this could include personal care, mobility support and attending to his clinical care needs when required.
As his dedicated healthcare assistant, you will play a big part in helping him to access the community and support him in enjoying his hobbies and interests such as visiting local parks, garden centres, going bowling, and enjoying trips to the seaside and the zoo.
It is essential that you have a valid driving licence for this position
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Weekdays: £16.00 per hour (£192 per 12 Hour Shift)
Weeknights: £16.50 per hour (£198 per 12 Hour Shift)
Weekends: £17.00 per hour (£204 per 12 Hour Shift)
Bank Holidays: £17.50 per hour (£210 per 12 Hour Shift)
