    Job title: Gen AI Project Manager

    Type of role: Full-time, Permanent - would consider 4/5 time

    Location: London, hybrid. Must be able to attend central London office when needed (one day per week)

    The Brandtech Group has an audacious ambition to be the #1 Gen AI Marketing Company. As part of this goal we acquired Pencil, the world's leading end-to-end Gen AI product for ad creation. The quality of the Pencil product (especially the enterprise product Pencil Pro) and our group Gen AI leadership / talent, give us a meaningful advantage, which we are moving aggressively to build on (client feedback confirms this current - but always vulnerable - advantage).

    In order to achieve this we need to grow the Gen AI team and bring in a project manager to ensure all of our centralised Gen AI initiatives and internal/external communications projects are executed brilliantly.

    The focus for the role is on becoming the single source of truth and the engine behind a momentum bias that ensures we continually make progress on all the important fronts of our strategic ambition. This has 4 demonstrable areas of ownership:

    Flagship Initiatives:

    • Project Manage the Creative Residencies Programme
    • Strategic Review:
    • Lead the Competitive Review workstream
    • Manage internal database of AI creds and case studies across Group

    Communications:

    • Project Management of the Product-led PR strategy
    • Research and prep Group Leaders for Speaker Engagements
    • Delivery of Internal Product Updates
    • Coordination of LI posting for Pencil and Gen AI Group leaders

    Logistics:

    • Manage the central Gen AI budget reporting
    • Coordinate legal Greenlisting activity with external legal counsel
    • Create and maintain a chat-based BTG hub for Gen AI docs

    Your day-to-day

    • Partnering with the Product Lead at Pencil to understand the latest product developments for inclusion in the monthly Product Bulletin that you will write and share with the Group's 7000 employees.
    • Briefing our external legal counsel on the latest list of Gen AI tools to conduct due diligence on, based on discussions with Head of Emerging Tech and any requests from Group Companies.
    • Reading and gathering information on developments across the competitive landscape to inform the quarterly release of the competitive analysis report.
    • Writing LI posts and/or providing bullet points for Emerging Tech team to create LI posts.

    Your responsibilities

    KPIs will be linked to the following:

    • Ensure the timely and effective management of the Creative Residencies Programme, with coordination across all Group Co's for masterclasses and communication to all.
    • Coordination of the Product-led PR strategy and internal product bulletins, working closely with the Pencil Product Lead, Pencil CEO and Head of Emerging Tech
    • Management of all invoicing and up to date budget reviews with the finance team

    What we're looking for

    A person who is:

    • A recent graduate with a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience - we are especially interested in anyone who has experience in marketing ops, project management or has been an executive assistant in the past.
    • Organised, Analytical, Resourceful, Reliable and Detail Oriented
    • Demonstrates initiative in taking on and effectively completing tasks
    • Demonstrable interest and self-use/understanding of Gen AI
    • Experience of or willingness to adopt Gen AI productivity tools
    • Experience working with Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales prospecting tools
    • Demonstrated interest and passion for emerging technologies: AI, Gaming, Metaverse etc.
