Full Time, 35 hours per week

Open Ended (Permanent Contract)
**Estates Officer (Operations) - Edinburgh College of Art


The Opportunity:


Situated within the dedicated ECA Estates Team, the Post holder provides second line support in all matters relating to facilities and buildings management across ECA's large estate.

Proactively identifying areas for improvement and providing School-level project management support for major works programs and office moves, forms a considerable part of the role.


Your skill and attributes for success:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent level plus typically a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
  • Experience of building / facilities management.
  • Experience of working independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances as well as planning own workload and priorities to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills, numeracy, written and oral communication including report preparation.
  • Evidence of excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrable commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
