Description
We are currently working with a top Direct Lending team with an international asset manager.They run a pan-European mandate and focus on the middle market upwards providing both traditional unitranche and more flexible capital solutions.
The team is fairly lean for the substantial AUM and there is a lot of runway for vertical progression and taking on responsibility when you are able.
They are currently seeking an Associate in their London office.This position will involve working on all aspects of deals from the initial analysis and modelling throughout the process to closing allowing a lot of exposure and experience straight out of the gate.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience either in high quality sell side institutions (leveraged finance, M&A, debt advisory, restructuring etc.) or buy side credit funds with a strong academic background.
Experience is not required in a similar Private Debt strategy.The emphasis is on a bright candidate with strong fundamental skills who is looking to develop and take on responsibility quickly in the team.
They are invested in developing this candidate over the long term and providing an avenue to grow within the team.
