We have a fantastic opportunity for a corporate community assistant to work at a business park in Camberley.
You will support the guest relations manager to deliver a programme of events designed to create a community vibe for everyone who works at the business park.
We are looking for a warm and friendly assistant, who will relish the opportunity to build relationships to encourage participation in events at the park.
You'll take pride in everything you do to deliver an array of initiatives and services, with the aim of making the business park a desirable place to work.
Salary and hours -
Salary - £20,300pa
Hours - 9.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday (30 hr pw)

The Role -
- Working alongside the Guest Relations Manager you will propose and gain budget approval for events aimed at delivering a community vibe, offering activities, health and wellbeing classes, charitable events, deals and giveaways to increase enjoyment for those working at the Business Park
- Communicate activities and drive participation via an engaging regular enewsletter and the park app
- Reach out to the local community to find supporting offers to help promote new businesses, local charities and encourage involvement with the building
- Assist with viewings & provide hospitality if required
- Ensure carpark barrier / building access control passes are programmed and operational to expedite entry into the Business Park
- Become an expert on the day to day running of the Business Park, dealing with issues effectively to ensure a quick resolution
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
About you
- Personable with a confident manner, radiating positive energy and able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- Flexible, can do attitude and are willing to adapt to meet changing circumstances
- Proven experience of working in a similar role/commercial property environment; in a front facing customer service role; or experience working in a marketing or events
