Location Winchester

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and develop your skills as a Residential Property Surveyor.

If you have any construction or surveying experience or an interest in becoming proficient in collecting data relating to energy performance, this role will enable you to manage your own workload and work towards becoming a Field Worker Manager.

To be considered for this role you will be diligent, methodical and hard working with a good eye for detail and be confident and demonstrate excellent communication skills as you will be working in tenants' homes.

You will be offered training to achieve the Domestic Energy Assessor's qualification.

You must be able to work away from home as you will be covering various counties across England and a valid driving licence is a pre-requisite to being able to carry out this role.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role you will be visiting residential properties and obtaining information which you will upload into a programme which will be used to assess energy performance in the property which may be part of a block or group of properties.

Experience and Skills Required:

_ To be considered for this role you should possess / evidence:_

Valid driving licence
Education to A' level standard or equivalent
Ability to manage your own workload
An interest in construction or related industries
Experience of working when you required information to be accurate demonstrating attention to detail
