- Work with the Performance Manager to understand testing requirements and align on specific project objectives.
- Conduct detailed experimental planning to realise technical objectives of key test projects.
- Conduct gas adsorption testing using Nuada's state of the art dynamic gas breakthrough, PSA, and isotherm rigs
- Perform data analysis and interpret test results to define the next steps.
- Present results to management (written and orally) in an effective and engaging manner.
- Work with the Performance Manager to expand key testing capabilities.
- Engage with and manage relevant third-party contractors/suppliers.
- Help construct, commission, and demonstrate new equipment in a timely manner.
- Master's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
- Experience (industrially & or academically) in gas phase adsorption or reaction kinetics.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, drive several different projects at the same time.
- Knowledge of good safety practices in a lab/workshop environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
- Experience in using techniques for measuring gas adsorption including mass spectrometry and gas chromatography.
- Knowledgeable in the preparation and handling of solid catalysts or MOFs.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An innovative, self-starter with eagerness to drive and grow as the company develops

- Must be able to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
