    To further grow in 2023 and beyond, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our EMEA New Business Team.

    As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads to support the sales team's efforts.

    This role involves prospecting, engaging with potential customers, and setting appointments for the sales team. The Sales Development Representative is a key contributor to the sales pipeline, focused on creating opportunities for revenue growth.
    The Business Development Representative is highly motivated and responsible for converting marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads
    This individual uses their communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact through to sales qualified lead, identify sales opportunities for prospects, and developing strategies to achieve their performance targets

    Lead Generation:
    Proactively identify and researches potential leads through various channels, including online research and outbound prospecting.
    Generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads to contribute to the sales pipeline.
    Conduct outbound prospecting through, Account research, cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage with target accounts.
    Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
    Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives for further engagement.

    CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

    Collaboration with Sales Teams:
    Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to understand target accounts, messaging, and qualification criteria.
    Gather feedback from the sales team to continually refine lead qualification processes.

    Excellent communication skills to engage with potential leads and effectively communicate the value proposition of the product or service.

    Shows a willingness and capability to receive feedback and constructive criticism to improve their performance. Overall understand why this is crucial to being a successful sales professional.
    Demonstrates an understanding of the benefits of technology, some CRM experience desirable,
