- Installation & commissioning of new or relocated CMM's and X-ray systems.
- Respond to onsite customer machine breakdowns.
- Support customers remotely with machine issues.
- Liaison with customers to resolve issues.
- Report to Field Service Team Leader highlighting problems & escalating any appropriate issues.
