    Main duties of the job

    As a Recovery Practitioner you will need to be able to work in Blackpool, with a committed team, providing care and support to people who use our services to deliver the best possible outcomes for those in our will be responsible for day-to-day delivery and provision of one to one psychosocial interventions (behaviour change), medically assisted treatment (prescribed medications to support recovery), and case management for clients within the Blackpool treatment model for drug and alcohol will work closely with other services to ensure our clients are able to achieve their recovery goals, positive outcomes and community re-integration, maximising engagement and retention.
