    SPG Resourcing has partnered with a leading Financial Services company to hire their next Project Manager.

    We are looking for someone with a background in Project Management to join the team to help with the day-to-day running of the EA function, shape and run a number of key EA initiatives and to help communicate and elaborate the EA vision.

    Responsibilities will include...

    • Assisting with the selection and ownership of tooling to support the EA processes. Collaborate to create and maintain the business and technical architecture modelled in the EA tools.
    • Ensure key EA artefacts are maintained as living documents through stakeholder management and a regular cadence of engagement.
    • Work with the business units to capture, triage, and prioritise demand onto the EA backlog.
    • Manage the outward communications channels and raise the profile of EA.
    • Managing the EA governance process, supporting group risk and compliance through coordination and facilitation of the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and overall engagement with the wider organisation.
    • Supporting the Chief Technology Officers and Lead Architects through the communication of:
    • Centrally managed catalogues
    • Strategic technologies and vendors
    • Strategic suppliers and partners
    • Research and advice for optimal technology subscription and licensing
    • Ensuring EA alignment to Group project and portfolio management.
    • Supporting the creation and execution of the strategic initiatives and roadmaps and ongoing maintenance of the output.
