£24,000 basicOTE £30,000Business mileageCareer progression opportunitiesFree ParkingIdeally, to be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have the following:Experience as a Sales Negotiator or in the property sectorKnowledge of the local area – preferableFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent interpersonal skillDriven and works well under pressure.

Personable, Team player Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

Building quick rapport with customers and 3rd party contacts Booking and conducting viewingsNegotiating property salesSales progressionWorking to achieve KPI targets.
