QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT MANAGERBASED NORTH OF SCOTLAND / MORAY SALARY - Competitive Based in the beautiful north of Scotland/Moray, ESS Recruit's client is a well-known and stable CNC machining business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the existing Quality Management System, managing non-conformities or complaints, ensuring that parts conform to specifications, and carrying out internal audits.

The ideal candidate should have a strong manufacturing background, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be NEBOSH qualified, and have excellent working knowledge of relevant compliance standards.

Responsibilities Manage, maintain and develop the existing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemManage all internal Non-Conformities and Customer Complaints including Root Cause AnalysisManage and develop Quality Control processes to ensure that parts received from suppliers or those manufactured in-house conform to specificationsManage and develop Quality Control processes to ensure that the final product produced conforms to the specifications and requirements laid out by the customerManage and carry out internal audits as per the approved internal audit scheduleProduce monthly reports showing performance against business Quality objectives.
