Description

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Housing Association to recruit Carpenter \ Multi Trade Operatives for permanent roles - undertaking works across the North-West, West, and Central areas of Kent.


The Role:

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.


Duties:


  • Carpentry
  • Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave
  • Kitchen Refurbishment Works
  • 2nd Fix Plumbing tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding
  • Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
  • Patch Plastering
  • Snagging Works
  • Logging works via PDA
  • Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Company Benefits:


  • Basic Salary: £33,000 £38,000
