What we're looking for from you to join our team:
As a Refugee Team Leader you will support the ROM in service delivery.

You will deliver services/demands alongside Contracts and Local Authorities and you will provide comprehensive Supported Housing Management services to customers.

As Refugee Team Leader you will develop, deliver and monitor customer focused services and you will support a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.

You will provide leadership and management of staff.

As Refugee Team Leader you will work with colleagues and external partners to deliver joined up services to customers and you will deliver value for money services for our customers.

You will provide and ensure compliance is adhered to and monitored.

As Refugee Team Leader you will provide all statistical information and you will produce reports as required.
