We are proud to be partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who offer a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector.
They are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on an 6 month temporary contract.This will be a full-time position with opportunities in Manchester, Liverpool & Oldham.
There are over 18,000 surveys to be completed within these three contracts with the rates being £22 LTD per house & £18 LTD per flat.
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and have a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Carrying out stock condition surveys on Social Housing unitsEnsuring buildings are designed and constructed so that there are appropriate provisions for the early warning of fire, and appropriate means of escape in case of fire from the building to a place of safetyKnowledge of RdSAP in order to fill out a small number of questions in each of the surveysLiaising with and engaging with residents in regards to work carried out Ensuring the required surveys per day based on relevant targetsExperience required:Experience conducting stock condition surveys Experience within a social housing environment Rewards and Benefits:Manage your own diaryWorking hours:Monday
