  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team including clinicians.
  • Act as Trust representative at meetings as requested and appropriate for the level of the role.
  • Support the senior administrators and team leads in projects within the service area as required
  • Assist in the production of the team communication
  • Liaise with the digital learning team and other teams within the education centre, and the wider Trust.
  • Liaise with Simulation Lead and Human Factors Lead
  • Supporting financial tasks for example, ordering, and maintaining stock, checking, and processing travel expenses, keeping accurate records, and participating in audits and budget planning as directed.
  • Support undergraduate coordinators with administration and organisation of placements
  • Responsible for organising meetings for the department
  • Collate, monitor, and report on teaching observation data
  • Ensure that all mandatory training is up to date and participate in relevant training as required.
  • To undertake NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration if not already qualified this will be supported through the apprentice levy.
  • Other general administration duties including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, book meetings & seminar rooms, setup AV equipment, send out all relevant information to students, course participants and clinical teachers.
