As a team player with a passion for quality and innovation, you will efficiently manage defined admin tasks to support our company's operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes concerning commercial agreements, offering customers alternative solutions to direct policy claiming.
  • Progress claims toward settlement with a strong focus on customerspecific agreed processes.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and correspondence, utilizing various communication channels for effective resolution.
  • Screen First Party & Third Party claims against fraud indicators, reallocating cases for further investigation when necessary.
  • Utilize desktop tools such as MIAFTR, CUE, MID, and others as needed for comprehensive claims handling.
  • Liaise with specialist investigative suppliers, providing clear instructions and managing a claims caseload.
  • Update Reserves and NCB in accordance with relevant Working Practice and adhere to agreed personal authority limits.

Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Desirable experience in Customer Service or Claims roles.
  • Understanding of our products, services, philosophies, systems, and organization.
  • Knowledge of hierarchy and escalation protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficient in simplifying complex issues.
