HR Assistant/Junior HR Advisor, Wrexham, Permanent, £25,000 - £27,000 plus excellent benefits.
Our client is a successful and growing organisation within the manufacturing industry.

Due to a structural change, they are now looking for an HR Assistant/Junior HR Advisor to join their team and support the Regional HR Business Partner with HR transactionalduties in a newly created role.

As HR Assistant/Junior HR Advisor, you will support a headcount of c100 employees on site.


Typically, you will support with:

  • Support the HR Business Partner in delivering the people plan
  • Update HRIS and training records
  • Support with recruitment including advertising, liaising with 3rd party support, scheduling, and supporting with interviews
  • Administration for new starters, leavers, and contractual changes
  • Management of sickness absence
  • Delivering inductions for new starters
  • Delivering training where needed
  • MI and reporting
  • Wellbeing
You will have previous experience within a similar role and be level 3 CIPD qualified as a minimum. You will have previous experience of supporting a blue-collar work force and enjoy a varied workload.
