    IAM Onboarding Lead

    12 month contract

    London/Remote

    Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week - additional flex possible)

    Role/Responsibilities

    • With the application teams to complete Onboarding Questionnaires and managing the full onboarding lifecycle.
    • Quality assurance reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of the application onboarding questionnaires, e.g., ensuring that the application entitlement descriptions are in plain English to allow for recertification, all AD groups and privileged access have been captured etc.
    • Maintain a collaborative relationship with all Business stakeholders/Application Teams
    • Gathering of all requested information and documentation from Application Teams, while offering all needed clarification to ensure requirements are understood correctly.
    • Carry out formal checks on the information / documents received from Application Teams and request any needed information.
    • Handover process of onboarded applications to the BAU Recertifications Team.
    • Status reporting to track onboarding progress.
    • Work with IAM Programme Manager to ensure planning and execution of all work packages is done to a suitable level and to realistic timeframes, raising any issues or risk that will impact the project deliverables.
    • Communicate status and escalate to the Business, where necessary
    • Review of process and project documentation, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Documentation and sign off for onboarded applications

    Skills/Experience

    • 5+ years experience leading application onboarding and access recertification activities in large corporate environments, using a variety of onboarding methods, e.g., Active Directory, Direct Connector, CSV
    • 5+ years of experience in a Project Analyst or Business Analyst role
    • Experience delivering a quarterly target number of onboarded applications
    • Experience resolving issues & risks associated with the onboarding and recertification of application access
    • Experience collaborating directly with application and infrastructure teams
    • Requirements/Information gathering for large projects with a wide range of stakeholders
    • Experience of managing a third-party service provider
    • Understanding of project delivery processes having worked within delivery frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
