    Meet our service user

    Our service user is a sociable girl who lives with his family in Colchester, she requires support throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.

    She is very interested in fashion, beauty, drama and attends drama school where she loves to participate in plays. She enjoys discussing her hobbies and interests with her care team as well as socialising with her friends.

    Throughout the night you will be required to attend to her complex and clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, repositioning, regular monitoring and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful night's sleep.

    We are looking for candidates who are pet friendly as there is a dog within the property

    Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

    Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication Administration
  • Desirable Experience

  • Tracheostomy Care
  • We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time Nights
  • 9pm -7am
  • 2-3 Shifts Per Week
  • Take a look at our pay rates

    Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per 10hr shift)

    Saturday : £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10hr shift)

    Sunday : £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per10hr shift)

    Bank Holiday : £16.00 per hour (£160 approx. per 10hr shift)
