Are you an experienced Regional Senior HR Advisor looking for your next step to HR Business Partner? Our client, who floated on the stock market two years ago, is looking to strengthen the HR offering in one of their two divisions and appoint a Junior HRBPto the team.


Reporting into the HRD and partnering at an operational level, you will be experienced in multi site delivery, partnering across a generalist remit, with the ability to support acquisitions including TUPE.


You will work on a range of different HR projects and work with key stakeholders to provide expert, commercial advice and support to ensure the development of the region and it's employees.

A generalist remit, you will have operated across all aspects ofHR including Recruitment and Learning & Development alongside bau Employee Relations.


Key background:


  • CIPD Level
  • Degree Educated ideal not essential
  • Experience in the retail, distribution or construction sectors
  • TUPE transfers ideal not essential
  • Specialist knowledge of recruitment or learning & development
  • Project management ideal not essential
