Superb opportunity for a
-
Customer Service Advisor to join the friendly team as part of a successful, dynamic organisation in Welwyn Garden City with an excellent reputation as an employer. We have a number of positions available to start ASAP to last around 2-3 months with the real potential to extend into a permanent role. The hours are 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday with every third Saturday.

    Customer Service Advisor
  • Job Overview
  • Undertake outbound calls to existing and prospect clients.
  • Support internal and external colleagues by undertaking outbound calls and handling escalations effectively.
  • Provide thorough training to clients to reduce noncompliance and better understanding of processes.
  • Ensure queries, issues and complaints are resolved in a timely manner, within agreed SLAs, escalating when required.
  • Questioning, problem solving and trying to minimise future issues that may arise.
  • Updating systems using MS Excel.
  • Provide polite, professional customer service at all times.

  • Skills & Experience Required
  • Inbound or outbound call centre experience desired but not essential.
  • Customer focused with strong rapport building ability.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
  • Polite and professional, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work well as part of a busy team.
