Superb opportunity for a
-
Customer Service Advisor to join the friendly team as part of a successful, dynamic organisation in Welwyn Garden City with an excellent reputation as an employer. We have a number of positions available to start ASAP to last around 2-3 months with the real potential to extend into a permanent role. The hours are 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday with every third Saturday.

Customer Service Advisor
Job Overview
Undertake outbound calls to existing and prospect clients.
Support internal and external colleagues by undertaking outbound calls and handling escalations effectively.
Provide thorough training to clients to reduce noncompliance and better understanding of processes.
Ensure queries, issues and complaints are resolved in a timely manner, within agreed SLAs, escalating when required.
Questioning, problem solving and trying to minimise future issues that may arise.
Updating systems using MS Excel.
Provide polite, professional customer service at all times.
Customer Service Advisor
Skills & Experience Required
Inbound or outbound call centre experience desired but not essential.
Customer focused with strong rapport building ability.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
Polite and professional, with a confident telephone manner.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work well as part of a busy team.
