Duties:


  • Manage and maintain the scheduling system for the company
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the scheduling system
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts
  • Communicate with engineers, employees, and other customers regarding scheduling matters
  • Provide administrative support such as accomodating engineers, filing documents
  • Utilize Google Suite and other computerized tools for scheduling and data entry
  • Maintain organized and uptodate records of installation appointments
  • Assist with clerical tasks as needed in the office

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient typing and data entry abilities
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software for scheduling purposes
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role preferred
  • Proficiency in using google sheets and data entry softwares
ECO industry experience is preferred and desirable


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
