1 year fixed term - in the first instance

This is a class-based role with weekly leadership release time given. The successful candidate will be part of the wider leadership team and will teach in KS2. An interest in Digi-tech and IT would be advantageous, but not essential.

Aldermoor Farm Primary school is looking to appoint a passionate, enthusiastic and innovative KS2 teacher and Year Leader. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality education and fostering positive learning for our children. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a range of skills:

A strong, reflective practitioner who is keen to progress

A leader who leads by example, champions others and has a thirst for school improvement

Ability to work well in a team with a proactive 'can-do' attitude

Confidently able to create a calm and safe learning environment which supports children to self-regulate and take responsibility for their own behaviour
