Your Responsibilities:
As a Management Consultant, you will:
Utilise various Project Management technologies and tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
Adapt your strategies based on varying project requirements.
Support the Project Manager in tracking, updating, and reporting on project progress.
Identify and manage project scope, constraints, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and deadlines.
Participate in team meetings, recording action items and next steps.
Your Contributions:
You will enhance our organisation by:
Mapping and documenting processes from 'current state' to 'future state.'
Crafting compelling business plans and cases for transformative projects.
Participating in Project Management Office activities, producing RAID logs, and managing project risks.
Designing and delivering Target Operating Models (TOMs) and Management Operating Systems (MOSs).
Facilitating workshops to gather business requirements and create Functional Requirement Specifications.
About You:
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality content on time.
Team player with the ability to manage various tasks and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft applications:
Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Eager to learn and develop project management and change management skills.
Proactive and competitive, with a drive to succeed.
Fluent in English.
Hold a valid driving licence.
