    For our subsidiary COSCO SHIPPING Lines (UK) Ltd., located in Felixstowe, England we are looking for an experienced

    Sales & Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) Import.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Rate Negotiation Mastery: Spearhead inbound rate negotiations and service contract confirmations across all trade lanes, guaranteeing competitive edge and operational efficiency.
    • Direct Importer Engagement: Establish and maintain daily contact with UK importers, becoming a trusted advisor and go-to point for trade inquiries.
    • Strategic Communication: Liaise daily with our Shanghai HQ to sculpt our rate policy, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and market dynamics.
    • RFQ and Contract Negotiation: Compile Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents and negotiate terms that echo the guidelines set by our headquarters.
    • Operational and Contractual Support: Serve as the primary contact for any arising contractual or operational challenges, providing timely and effective solutions.
    • Market Intelligence: Draft insightful reports for our management team, incorporating market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Monitor and manage customer support, ensuring satisfaction and retention through meticulous forecast management with Shanghai HQ.
    • Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions, demonstrating our commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry.
    • KPI Achievement: Drive personal and departmental performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level or above.
    • Demonstrated ability in proactive commercial sales and high achievement.
    • Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines, with a flexible and organized approach to a varied workload.
    • Excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
