    Description

    Pembury Partners are assisting an UHNW Private Client, based in Mayfair, London, in appointing an experienced Executive Assistant to organise 50% private and 50% business for a female Principal. The ideal candidate will have equal experience as a corporate Executive Assistant, as well as having previously worked as a Private PA to UHNW individuals and will possess an innate sense of flexibility and loyalty. They will be incredibly professional, discreet, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and a friendly personality with the ability to manage the role with a meticulous eye for detail. The role is Monday – Friday, 9am -6pm, however flexibility is required when needed, lots of weekend and evening on call via WhatsApp.

    Amongst the duties:

    • A 50/50 organising the private life and business affairs of the busy female Principal
    • Working closely with the Household Manager/Chief of Staff, working alongside the current PA
    • Working closely alongside the Family Office
    • Travel abroad with the Principal as required
    • Extensive diary management
    • Personal and professional appointments and arrangements
    • Extensive travel and restaurant bookings
    • Liaise with overseas contacts when travelling
    • Liaising with the housekeeping staff regarding packing and unpacking luggage
    • Running errands when needed and respond to ad hoc requests

    Skillset required:

    • Fluent in English
    • At least 5 years previous experience as a UHNW Private PA for high profile principles
    • Trustworthy and the ability to be completely discreet and highly flexible
    • A quick-thinker, excellent ability to use initiative on tasks
    • Excellent time-management skills and incredible organisational skills
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • A self-confident, humble candidate with the ability to get on well with the rest of the staff team

    Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 gpa
