- Work with other support services to meet the needs of the college on specific projects/tasks outside of your main area of work.
- Ensure all data is handled in line with the General Data Protection Regulations.
- Support College initiatives and aspirations to achieve Net Zero carbon.
- Identify and develop new business within the College's key sector areas (digital, health and life science, professional services and construction & engineering) through a variety of business development approaches, including sales calls, meetings, presentations, social media promotions, events, and networking.
- Achieve monthly apprenticeship starts as outlined in the annual personal development review targets
- Full Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships and related funding and compliance
- Experience of coordinating administrative systems and processes
- A proven track record in business generation of apprenticeships, commercial and other funded projects with external employers
- Experience of meeting targets and KPI's in a target driven environment
- Experience of managing own workload, diary management and working independently to tight schedules
- Working with, lightcast (EMSI) and other LMI platforms
- An understanding of the FE sector and the administrative demands required to ensure apprenticeship compliance

Salary: £33,898 - £35,978
Role Purpose
To engage with employers locally and nationally to promote the College's employer offer, including apprenticeships, commercial courses, and other employer-related training programmes.
The post holder will take the lead on increasing apprenticeship starts by meeting monthly targets and KPIs in line with college financial objectives.
The post holder will also be responsible Learner recruitment, ensuring learners are placed with employers and on programmes after a robust pre-screening process.
