With a strong focus on community well-being, we are dedicated to maintaining high standards in the properties we manage, we are seeking a versatile and skilled Wet Multi-Trades Person to join our dynamic maintenance team. If you have expertise in multiple trades and a passion for enhancing living environments, we encourage you to apply.

    As a Multi Trades Plasterer at Hyde, you will be a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to plastering, tiling and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of our customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing units.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying plaster to walls and ceilings and conducting repairs as needed.
  • Addressing general maintenance issues, including painting, tiling, and other tasks as required.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to complete comprehensive property projects.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and work orders.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers.

    • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multiple trades, including plastering, tiling and general maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
  • Valid driver's license.
