Human Resources Business Partner

Location:
Southall - 5 days on site

Salary:
up to £65,000 DOE

This role is based in Southall and its 5 days on site.

You will be involved with organisation design, leadership development, talent and culture, Diversity Inclusion and Belonging and engagement,

You will need strong ER experience, ability to manage stakeholders at leadership level and able to push back.

Able to coach at all levels and guide on HR policies and procedures.

Focus on key metrics including headcount and cost.

What skills do I need for this role - A background is in Human Resources and you will have developed a range of proven skills to ensure you integrate the needs of the business with a great people agenda

You should have In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on complex / sensitive legal issues.

Highly developed influencing skills combined with the ability to manage a challenging and diverse client base and strong business acumen
