Your team:
You will be working with the Data & Yield team assisting the Commercial Analyst in all financial reporting and invoicing matters.
This is an essential part of the business to ensure we are not only reporting the correct revenue figures to our stakeholders but the day to day management between finance teams and advertisers/agencies.
Your role:
The Commercial Operations Executive will work remotely supporting the preparation of invoices to ensure the timely and accurate billing of clients.
As part of the Operations team, your role is to maintain an effective and smooth workflow between the Commercial and the Ad Operation teams.
Day to day:
- Prepare invoice uploads, ensuring the information supplied is accurate, liaising with ad operations and the sales team when needed.
- Manage invoice queries alongside our finance team; communicate with internal stakeholders and prepare credit notes where necessary.
- Set up new suppliers and clients.
- Assist with integration of our new Order Management system.
- Support with month end and adhoc reconciliation.
- Supply reporting capacities and datasets to different internal teams.
What we're looking for from you:
- Experience in a commercial/finance operations or revenue operations role.
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Ability to multitask, working without supervision, using own initiative to resolve problems and managing own workload within agreed deadlines.
- Experience implementing new technology. processes or systems.
- Experience using Salesforce, preferred.
- Experience working in media, either at a media owner or agency (desirable).
- Selfmotivated team player who likes crossteam work and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
