    About the role:

    Leading a team of HR Partners, youll play a key role to driving forward our Strategic Plan and People Strategy, and ensuring excellent practice across all areas of people management, with opportunities to play a central role in projects to continue the streamlining and modernisation of our HR policies and practices. Working closely with the OD team and stakeholders at all levels, youll champion Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and provide advice and expertise on more complex matters relating to employment legislation and terms and conditions of employment.

    A Chartered CIPD Member, youll be an experienced HR Partner with a track record of achievement in a large complex organisation and proven ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Aware of the external context, youll be experienced in policy development, cultural change delivery, implementation of innovative solutions to difficult situations, and you will be dedicated to engaging, coaching, and developing team members to raise the profile of the team.
