Job purpose:
Day to day duties:
- Follow up on all open orders and report to the customers timely
- Follow the Kiosk to ensure delays are reviewed and to keep the customer informed of any changes
- Online manual searches to identify specific parts for customers
- Work closely with pricing on any discrepancies
