Description

Customer service advisors - French speakers Required for this expanding travel company. They are looking to fill 4 positions, office based 23k plus 1k language allowance. They are looking for fluent French speakers from travel, hospitality or other service related industries. 2 years call centre experience is a must.


Customer service advisors duties

  • Using your fluent French, Service travel clients with any questions in regards to their hotel bookings.
  • Handling customer problems with empathy and patience in a goal driven environment

Customer service advisors skills required

  • World class customer service skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ideally from a travel, hospitality or service related industry

Additional information

  • The office is open 7am to 11pm, so you will be working various shifts
  • They are open 7 days a week including bank holidays
  • You receive 32 days holidays
