    Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a highly successful fine food distributor specialising in the independent retail and gift market.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Manager.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographic area, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

    The Territory Account Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.

    This is a field-based role and will have a split of generally 75% account management and 25% business development.

    Territory Management
    Regularly analyse and report on territory performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    Customer Relationship Management
    Close sales and negotiate agreements with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
    Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
    Experience in the fine foods, bakery, or condiments industry.
    Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
