Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly passionate, methodical, organized, and compliant Furniture Project Coordinator from within the Design & Build, Fit-Out, Dealer, or Manufacturing sector.

With an acute eye for detail and a passion for supporting the team, you will be an integral part of our dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial team in London.

As a Furniture Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to work alongside the Sales team, supporting them with product selections and quotations to secure client business.

You will oversee and manage projects from order placement to completion, along with handling various administrative tasks.

Project responsibility from handover from sales to coordination of handover to the Project Manager (the main salesperson retains overall responsibility).Management of additional or ad hoc client requests in collaboration with the salesperson.

Referral of all commercial decisions back to the salesperson, while demonstrating commercial awareness.
Facilitating the handover from sales to the Project Manager.
Creation, monitoring, and closure of financial reports.
