    Description

    As the Lead Practitioner you will be working with the Forward Leeds YP Service Manager and the YP Team to deliver a Children & Young People's Drug and Alcohol Treatment and Recovery service, which is person centred and trauma informed.

    You will provide effective line management to staff including regular supervision, support, and annual appraisals. Manage the allocation and delivery of case work to the team ensuring it meets required quality and safeguarding standards.

    You will play an active role in ensuring that the voices of young people and their families inform the development and delivery of the service.

    Working in partnership with services internally and across Leeds you will support the team through effective performance management to achieve set targets and outstanding outcomes.

    We are looking for someone who understands the impact of drugs and alcohol on young people and has experience of working in drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services.

    We welcome applications from people with experience of support, interventions and safeguarding, specifically in relation to drugs and alcohol, to manage the Barca Young People's team at Forward Leeds.
