Architas is looking for a new Senior Global Marketing Executive to support the growth of its businesses.

The role's main purpose is to work closely with a Global Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to provide support to implement the overall Architas marketing strategy, with a main focus on Europe and Asia.


What you'll be doing: 1. Co-ordination and production of marketing materials and reports. Ensuring all production is in adherence to relevant rules and financial promotions guidelines. 2. Responsible for the ongoing production and updating of the regular marketing documents including regional presentations and literature items where appropriate, ensuring all information is accurate, and taking through full compliance sign off process. 3. Implement new marketing initiatives for the different regions Architas operates in across Europe and Asia, ranging from individual tactical marketing items to working on more strategic campaigns where relevant. 4. Support on the marketing relationship management element with our Top 10 club (strategic partners fund group list) including organisation of content supply and distribution to relevant portals or internal marketing teams. 5. Assist with event management including planning of conferences, presentations and exhibitions organising and sourcing relevant collateral and merchandise, including pro-actively engaging with key stakeholders to help map out requirements to ensure accurate and timely delivery. This will include working on events in their entirety so considering the full customer journey from event promotion to delivery and any supporting online and offline materials that may be required. 6. Liaison with external agencies as and when required.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint and good understanding of other Microsoft Office programmes specifically excel years' experience of working within a similar role in asset management (ideally) or Financial Services sector
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients/colleagues/service providers
  • A willingness to take personal ownership of and responsibility for the role
  • Ability to feed ideas/suggestions into the marketing team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong proofreading skills
  • Selfmotivated, can work alone and is able to adapt to deadlines
  • Follows through on issues and ensures that deadlines are adhered to
  • Organised, precise and methodical ensuring that relevant detail is not overlooked
  • Desire for continuous learning and development to improve personal skills
