STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER / HYBRID / LONDON BRIDGE / PERMANENT / £60,000-£65,000 PLUS BENEFITS Excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic, expanding international organisation.

There are challenges and opportunities for every travel company whether theyre just starting out or are well-established.The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Strategic Account Director in managing the most important strategic customer accounts in the Travel business at WEX.
The Strategic Account Manager will be an expert in our process, systems and platforms and collaborate with other internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
In collaboration with the Strategic Account Director, the Strategic Account Manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
The successful role holder will support the operational needs of all key client matters and work within the client to ensure deadlines are met.
Highly competitive salary between £60,000-£65,000 (dependant on experience)~ Annual company bonus

~ Key Responsibilities of the
Strategic Account Manager:
Respond in a timely manner to all of the clients operational needs to provide outstanding customers service
Analyse client data to improve service to the client
Looking for account growth opportunities
Previous experience in relationship management or account management, preferably within the payments or financial services industry
Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions and customer service
Deep knowledge of the payments industry, with a focus on corporate payments and solutions, preferably in the travel industry
