Paralegal - Property Litigation (Birmingham) A leading law firm with one of the best Property Litigation teams in England & Wales is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join them permanently in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will support senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload:

Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for County Court proceedings.
Attend Court to assist Barristers and conduct advocacy on routine matters.
Conduct legal research and handle enquiries from clients and colleagues.
Follow department procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

property litigation experience, ideally with housing.
