- Manage research contracts and ensure timely delivery of services
- Contracts include:
- Joint Venture / Collaboration agreements
- Commercial research (e. contractual and financial terms)
- non- commercial research (e. site agreements, model non-commercial agreements; drug supply agreements, material/data transfer agreements),
- Confidentiality Agreements
- Human Tissue Act clauses and Material Transfer Agreements
- Data Protection Act clauses
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders within and outside the hospital
- Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in research contract management
- Understanding of legal requirements in the NHS or medical field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously
