Salary:
£50,000 per annum + discretionary bonus

Explore Group have partnered with an innovative, dynamic boutique fintech company that specialised in cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to address AML and KYC challenges.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on compliance matters, with a focus on AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to assess and enhance compliance processes and procedures.

Stay abreast of changes in relevant legislation and regulations and ensure the company's policies are in line with industry standards.

Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate compliance risks.
Interact with tier 1 and tier 2 banks, providing guidance on compliance-related issues.
Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training programs.

Requirements:

Strong experience in AML, KYC, regulatory, or compliance roles.
Prior experience providing advisory services to tier 1 or tier 2 banks is essential.
In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance issues.
