Our outstanding client is looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, and experienced leader to join their organisation as a
Head of Skills Projects.

The Head of Skills Projects will be responsible for the technical, operational, and
financial performance of the skills-based project portfolio, playing a key role in the
quality operation,
business development, and visibility of project capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Project portfolio oversight - embedding and maintaining delivery excellence across the skills project portfolios through effective planning, quality review, and risk-management
- Ensuring that
project delivery is conducted efficiently, ethically, and dynamically with client needs, social values, and political contexts in mind
Business development and financial management - ensuring strong and sustainable growth through identifying and pursuing new business aligned with strategic priorities, coupled with effective resource forecasting, utilisation, and accurate project/portfolio financial analysis to ensure viable bottom-line performance

Overseeing the development and growth of the consultant network, ensuring high-quality and engaged associates that can reliably support portfolio delivery, visibility, and advocacy

People and practice development - fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing matrix team to support innovation, productivity, and personal/career development.
Skills required:
- 3 years experience in Project Management
(Essential): - Able to
forecast, plan, and prioritise a teams work efficiently and effectively

- Strategic thinker
Commercial awareness:
- Able to
set and track group and individual objectives to drive progress and
foster engagement and career development: - Able to give
constructive feedback to ensure quality project outputs and

- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
