Project manage New Product Introduction activities.
Communicate with all test subcontractors with respect to Pre-RTP & RTP products
Yield and trend analysis, reporting KPI metrics on weekly/monthly basis
Ensure products being released to RTP meet minimum requirements and ensure planning data is valid
Understanding of reliability and qualification for new devices including ESD, Latchup, HTOL, HAST, Failure Analysis
It is essential that :
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline with minimum of 5 experience in an IC Product Engineering role
Expected to be able to manage engineering tasks, on an as needed basis, combining experience of Failure Analysis, Test Development, Process Engineering, Statistical analysis and Customer Support
An Analog/Digital background or experience in sustaining mature products
