Do you feel that how you attract, recruit, onboard, develop and engage your people should be part of the same joined-up experience? In this role you will at the heart of creating that experience for employees.
Reporting to the HR Director of this commercial company with their HQ to the north of Norwich, you will design and deliver the L&D and Talent Strategy across the organisation.
You'll be supported in your ambitions; building solutions, relationships, and getting involved in every element that comes with expanding the L&D experience for new and existing employees.
From management of the apprenticeship levy and engaging employees with mandatory training, to career pathways and succession planning, you'll be practical, pragmatic and love seeing real results.
The role offers hybrid working, with you basing yourself where you need to be to achieve your goals for that day.
